<p>Diana Lynn Barnes, Psy.D, LMFT, past president of Postpartum Support International, is an internationally recognized expert on the assessment and treatment of perinatal mood disorders and has a clinical practice that focuses on women’s mental health around pregnancy and birth. A consultant to the media as well as a trainer and presenter on all facets of perinatal depression, Dr. Barnes is the author of The Journey to Parenthood: Myths, Reality and What Really Matters.” She has also written a training manual for clinicians and childbirth educators – Transition to Parenthood- A course for expectant parents.</p>
<p>Barbara Byers, MD, MPH Reproductive psychiatrist, Medical Director of the Women&#8217;s Mental Health Program at Georgetown University Hospital, Board Member of Postpartum Support Virginia, and private practice in northern Virginia.</p>
<p>Ann Dunnewold, PhD is a past president of PSI and a licensed psychologist in Dallas, TX. She is co-author of Life Will Never Be The Same: The Real Mom&#8217;s Postpartum Survival Guide and three other titles on motherhood issues, and the host of The Sanity Hour on HerInsight Radio Network.</p>
<p>Helen Jones, PhD, RN, APN is a former PSI board member, published author, family therapist specializing in perinatal mood disorders, and Professor of Nursing at Raritan Valley Community College in NJ.</p>

<p>Birdie Meyer, RN, MA, CLC immediate Past President of PSI Board of Directors, is the coordinator of the Perinatal Mood Disorders Program at Clarian Health in Indianapolis, IN and a PSI Coordinator in Indiana. She is a Childbirth Educator and is certified as a CPR instructor, Lactation Counselor, Spirit of Care giving facilitator, RTS Bereavement Facilitator, Critical Incident response, and Parish Nurse.</p>

<p>This is a place where dads, partners, extended family members or other support people, and professionals can find some answers and support from an expert &#8211; and from other men. You’ll find honest and compassionate talk about the adjustment to parenthood, information about how fatherhood can affect you, and some helpful advice.<br />

<p>Participants must call 1-800-944-8766 five minutes before the call begins.</p>
<p>The facilitator will end the call if there are no participants by 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.<br />

Entering the Conference</p>
<p>After entering the correct five-digit TeleConference code, your immediate connection to the TeleConference may be signaled with an audible tone heard by all Participants. Upon entering the TeleConference, please state your name for the convenience of your other Participants. If you are the first person in the call, you will experience silence until other Participants join.</p>

Helpful Hints</p>
